Adsense Examples

One of the things that must be considered in making money
out of the advertisements in websites is the positioning of
advertisements. Knowing where to place them is important
because visitors must be able to find and identify them for
better "clicking".
Adsense provides different layouts that people can choose
from for positioning advertisements in their websites. Among
the Adsense examples offered are The Sticky Ones, The Bottom
Lines, The Quiet Guys, and The Hidden Ads.
The Sticky Ones layout has two advertisement categories per
page. The advertisements are placed on margins and they are
"absolute positioned", which means that even if the page is
scrolled, they do not move and remain in their same
positions in the window. The Bottom Lines place the
advertisements below the web page. Some may think that
visitors cannot see them but as they scroll the page down,
they just can't be missed. The Quiet Guys, as the name
implies, advertise silently. The background and font colors
of the ads are similar to that of the page's, thus, the ads
will not "disturb" the visitors from scrolling the page. And
finally, the The Hidden Ads aim to "trick" the visitors by
making the advertisements look like a component of the web's
content. People may mistake them as a portion of the page
and click them for better viewing.
The above-mentioned layout examples are a few compared to
what Adsense can provide you. Remember that both websites
and advertisements should be pleasing to the eyes; enticing
layouts translate to more browsing and clicking. |
